Here's how it works:

 

- Open Ticket is a flexible, open date voucher valid for the entire 2024 season, excluding specific dates: 8th, 14th, and 21st June - 5th and 19th July - 2nd and 10th August (premieres), 7th June (La Grande Opera Italiana Patrimonio dell'Umanità), 23rd and 24th July (Roberto Bolle and Friends), 11th August (IX Sinfonia), 21st August (Plácido Domingo Noche Española), 27th and 28th August (Zorba il Greco), 28th August (Viva Vivaldi), and 1st September (Carmina Burana). All you need to do is choose a seating sector of the Arena, excluding the 4th and 5th sectors on the steps. The recipient of your gift will decide which performance they wish to attend at a later date.

- After completing your purchase, you'll receive your Open Ticket in PDF format via email. Remember to print it or forward it to the intended recipient. All redemption instructions are provided in the PDF itself. 

 

How to Redeem an Open Ticket

Have you received/purchased an Open ticket ? Remember that redeeming tickets through Open Ticket is contingent upon seat availability. Kindly select your preferred performance date at your earliest convenience. Tickets can only be redeemed if requested at least 2 days before the desired date. Check availability and redeem now your Open Ticket:

- Online at shop.arena.it: log in to your personal area, click on Open Ticket redemption, at least 2 days before the desired date, and enter your ticket barcode in the designated section.

Or

- Contact our Call Centre on +39 045 8005151, from Monday to Saturday (9am - 6pm) at least 2 days before the desired date. Keep the details of your order handy! 
The ticket for your chosen date (subject to availability) will be sent to you in print@home format directly by e-mail. 
The cost of the call - national or international - depends on the tariff applied by your telephone operator.

Or

- Visit our central ticket office (Via Dietro Anfiteatro 6/b) - at least 2 days before the desired date with your order details handy to redeem your Open Ticket.
