Acclaimed by the CNN in 2013 as "Musical Genius".

Awarded in 2017 in Montecitorio as "Best Italian Excellence in the World" for Music.

Amazing success for the piece "Dorian Gray" composed, arranged and performed live as a World Premiere with "Roberto Bolle" at the Arena di Verona, Caracalla in Rome, the Carlo Felice Theater in Genoa, the Pala De Andrè in Ravenna and P.zza S.ma Annunziata in Florence and “Danza con me”, broadcast on RAIUno.

International guest at “SANREMO” 2019 on the duet night, invited by the three singers of “Il Volo” with the piece “Musica che Resta”.

International guest at "Notte della Taranta" (live on RAI 2) with a live audience of 220,000 spectators, performing 4 songs, one of which is his own composition dedicated to his land.

Unforgettable his superb opening of the Concerto del Primo Maggio for solo violin in Rome, live on Rai in 2015.

Violinist, multi-instrumentalist and composer (he co-wrote unpublished music pieces for films by Walt Disney and Rai Cinema), Alessandro grew up musically with the greatest conductors in the world such as L. Maazel, E. Inbal, C. Dutoit, M. Rostropovich, M.W. Chung, G. Pretre, Z. Metha, covering for them roles as First Violin, playing in the most prestigious halls of the world during major tours in Europe, America, China, Japan, Middle East.

At the moment he collaborates as Violinist, Composer, Multi-instrumentalist and Arranger in international projects together with Roberto Bolle, Soloists of the Berliner Philharmoniker, Soloists of the Rai National Orchestra of Turin, Teatro alla Scala Quartet, Soloists of the Accademia Santa Cecilia Orchestra, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Mike Stern, il Volo, James Taylor, Amii Stewart, Toquinho, and with many other International Artists.

After the success of his first two albums "One More Time" (2010) and the autobiographical one, "Charlot" (2014), in 2019 he presents his tribute to Astor Piazzolla:

“Alessandro Quarta plays Astor Piazzolla”.

An album already nominated for Grammy.

Alessandro plays an Alessandro Gagliano, a very rare violin from 1723 "ex Principe della famiglia Clelia Biondi", a Giovanni Battista Guadagnini, a jewel from 1761, and two violins by Ezia Di Labio painted by the famous scenographer Emanuele Luzzati and the writer Pino Cacucci.
