How to purchase

Purchase tickets for a show at the Teatro Filarmonico directly online at www.arena.it/buy  in a completely easy, safe manner. 

You can check the availability of seats by consulting the seating plan, which can be found in each show date. On the other hand, to proceed with the purchase, register indicating the user name and password that you will also use for future purchases. After choosing the show, check if you have the right to discount possibilities and proceed with the choice of seats. Complete your purchase, keying in the data of your Visa (excluding Electron), MasterCard, American Express credit card. At the end of the process, you will receive an e-mail confirming the sum has been charged to your card at the address you indicated during registration, and your ticket in electronic format.

Purchase your tickets by calling +39 045 8005151* (from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm). An operator is always available to help you with your purchase. Remember to have your credit card ready to carry out payment. You can choose whether to receive your ticket in electronic format or pick it up at the ticket office on the evening of the show. 

*The cost of the (national or international) call depends on the rates applied by callers’ telecom land line or mobile phone service providers.

Purchase your tickets directly at the Ticket Office. You can pay in cash, up to a maximum of € 999.00, with an Italian bank draft, via cash dispenser or with major credits cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners). 

The Teatro Filarmonico ticket office is only open on show days, from two hours before the beginning of the show.

You can purchase your tickets for the performances at Teatro Filarmonico also at the Arena Ticket Office in Via Dietro Anfiteatro 6/b (see the red arrow in the photo).
