No Secondary Ticketing
Fondazione Arena is committed to opposing any Secondary Ticketing activity with every means at its disposal.
Its spectators are therefore warned not to purchase tickets on unauthorized sales platforms, such as Viagogo, Seatwave, Stubhub, etc, due to the great risk of purchasing tickets at increased prices, others that are false, invalid or issued at rates for which spectators do not have the necessary requisites.
Fondazione Arena reserves the right to cancel the tickets and report any abuse to the competent Authorities, as well as refusing admission to the event to holders of tickets that, in its undisputable opinion, are considered as coming from unauthorized or anyhow irregular sellers.
Holders of such tickets are liable to be reported to the competent Authorities per having purchased goods of doubtful origin or having defrauded the sales circuit and the Fondazione Arena di Verona.
It is also forbidden to purchase tickets and resell them to third parties (even without increasing the price) without explicit authorization being given by the official sales circuit.
Fondazione Arena di Verona declines any and all responsibility in the event of tickets being purchased from organizations other than the authorized ticket sale circuits indicated on our Web site.
